Overview
This external network drive provides temporary, password‑protected access to data files. Access is granted on a case‑by‑case basis. All data is provided strictly “as‑is” and is intended for short‑term use.

Access Requirements
* A unique HTTPS link and password will be supplied to authorized users.
* Access credentials must not be shared or redistributed.

Data Use Policy
* All files are provided without warranty or guarantees of completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
* Users are responsible for verifying data before use in any analysis, mapping, or reporting.
* The data provider assumes no liability for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from use of these files.

Data Retention & Deletion Policy
* Uploaded files are temporary and will be deleted automatically 60 days after the upload date.
* Users should download and store any files they need before the deletion window expires.
* Once deleted, files cannot be recovered.
