      <purpose>LiDAR terrain mapping to the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) for all or portions of Logan, Sedgwick,
Phillips, Washington, Yuma, Bent, Prowers, Las Animas, Kiowa, and Baca Counties. Represents a high-resolution data set
of lidar for an Area of Interest (AOI) totaling approximately 12,035.76 square miles. The Delivery area 4 AOI requires Quality Level Two (QL2) deliverable products and is approximately 4112 square miles and 13,019 3000ft by 3000ft tiles.</purpose>
