			<abstract>This project combines the varied interests of the NRCS, USGS, MO-DNR, USACE &amp; Arkansas Game &amp; Fish to collect detailed ground elevation data from Aerial LiDAR Sensors for approximately 10,288 Square Miles into a unified collection and processing project to benefit the US Government.  These partners require 1-meter nominal point spacing (USGS Level 3) high-resolution digital elevation data developed from Aerial LiDAR collection in the following Missouri Counties: Atchison, Holt, Andrew, Nodaway, Ray, Buchanan, Dekalb, Clinton, Vernon, Barton, Mercer, Grundy, Schuyler, Scotland, Clark, Lewis, Knox, Shelby, Marion, Ralls, Pike, Ste. Genevieve &amp; Shannon.  The areas to be collected may only cover the portions of the counties without existing data.  These data will then be used to generate digital elevation models and contours for use in hydraulic/hydrologic models and other purposes to include conservation planning activities and environmental assessments.  This 1-meter Imagine Grid bare-earth DEM data was generated for Mercer_Grundy Counties in MO from the classified LAS data.</abstract>

				<procdesc>Acquisition with Optech Orion at ~7200 feet AGL, 35 deg FOV, 289,600 pulse rate, 45.4 Hz, 20% sidelap, 1 meter NPS.
All flights have calibration lines flown at beginning and end of flight over GPS basestation at local airport.  Base stations are run at all times and placed so flight baseline never exceeds 25 miles.
The bare-earth Lidar data was processed using USGS (NGP) Base Lidar Specifications V1.0 using the latest Geoid model 2012A.  The resulting digital terrain data will support production of 2' contours.
Hydro features were collected on streams and rivers 100~ feet or wider and on lakes 2~ acres or larger.  These lines were hydro flattened into the Lidar data and delivered in ESRI SHP file format.
All deliverables meet or exceed standards for both vertical and horizontal accuracy as stated in NDEP Guidelines for Digital Elevation Data, Version 1.0 for NSSDA of 95% confidence for 2-ft contours and ASPRS Class I Standards.</procdesc>
