			<abstract>This project combines the varied interests of the NRCS, USGS, MO-DNR, USACE &amp; Arkansas Game &amp; Fish to collect detailed ground elevation data from Aerial LiDAR Sensors for approximately 10,008 Square Miles into a unified collection and processing project to benefit the US Government.  These partners require 0.7-meter nominal point spacing (USGS Level 2) high-resolution digital elevation data developed from Aerial LiDAR collection in the following Missouri and Arkansas Counties: Cape Girardeau, Stoddard, Mississippi, Lauderdale, New Madrid, Pemiscot, Poinsett, Craighead, Greene, Crittenden, Cross, St Francis, Lee, Monroe, Phillips and Desha.  The areas to be collected may only cover the portions of the counties without existing data.  These data will then be used to generate digital elevation models and contours for use in hydraulic/hydrologic models and other purposes to include conservation planning activities and environmental assessments.  This 1-meter Imagine Grid bare-earth DEM data was generated for Stoddard and Mississippi Counties in MO from the classified LAS data.</abstract>

All flights have calibration lines flown at beginning and end of flight over GPS basestation at local airport.  Base stations are run at all times and placed so flight baseline never exceeds 25 miles.
The bare-earth Lidar data was processed using USGS (NGP) Base Lidar Specifications V1.0.  The resulting digital terrain data will support production of 1' contours.
Hydro features were collected on streams and rivers 100~ feet or wider and on lakes 2~ acres or larger.  These lines were hydro flattened into the Lidar data and delivered in ESRI SHP file format.
Temporal differences in the bare-earth DEM data may be evident between the 2014 and 2015 flight mission boundaries.  Please see the LiDAR Acquistition-Processing Summary Stoddard-Mississippi.pdf report for further details and flight grahpics.
All deliverables meet or exceed standards for both vertical and horizontal accuracy as stated in NDEP Guidelines for Digital Elevation Data, Version 1.0 for NSSDA of 95% confidence for 1-ft contours and ASPRS Class I Standards.</procdesc>
