XML Documents
NC_Phase_2

This elevation data was produced through a partnership between the USGS (3DEP) and the State of North Carolina.
Lidar data was collected in early 2014 as part of the NC Phase 2 partnership project. Data edited (November 2019) by USGS National Geospatial Technical Operations Center (NGTOC). Data was modified from the original delivered data by the NGTOC to meet USGS specification and/or facilitate efficient data publication. 

The XML documents are provided in 2 folders:

ngtoc_created_xml
	-This folder contains four XML metadata files produced by the USGS. These XMLs contain complete metadata for the DEM, Classified Point Cloud, Breaklines, and Intensity data products. The XML documents were generated to pass the metadata parser and meet USGS specifications.

vendor_provided_xml
	-This folder contains the contractor delivered metadata. The XML metadata was provided as one document and has not been altered.
