lasinfo indicates NAD_1983_UTM_Zone_14N_Feet for SD_MinnehahaCo_2008 & SD_LincolnCo_2008 which is not a

ESRI now has NAD83 based BLM (Bureau of Land Management) zones that use US survey feet for zones 14-17.  
This corresponds to EPSG 32164 NAD_1983_BLM_Zone_14N_Feet. http://spatialreference.org/ref/epsg/32164/
